Privacy Policy
Written for what this site is, which is a set of static pages with nothing behind them.
What the site collects directly
Nothing. Every page here is a static file. There are no accounts, no login, no comment threads, no newsletter and no forms of any kind, so there is no field on this site into which a reader could type a name, an address or a payment detail, and no database behind it that could store one.
Cookies and tracking scripts
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts. The only code that executes in a browser here runs the scroll-reveal animation, entirely on the reader's device, and reports nothing anywhere. No consent banner appears because there is nothing to consent to.
Third-party requests
Typefaces, images and stylesheets are served from this domain rather than from a content delivery network or a font service, so loading a page does not cause a request to another company's servers. Links to outside documents are ordinary links: following one takes the reader to a site with its own practices, and this publication has no visibility into what happens there.
What the hosting provider records
Delivering a web page requires a server to receive a request, and the platform hosting these files keeps the technical logs that come with doing so, which ordinarily include an IP address, a timestamp, the path requested and the browser's user agent string. That data is held by the provider under its own terms and retention schedule rather than by this publication, and it is not combined here with anything else or used to build a profile of a reader.
A message sent to the publication's address sits in the mailbox that received it, along with whatever the sender chose to include. It is used to answer or act on the message and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, because no mailing list exists, and it is not passed to anyone.
Changes
This page describes an arrangement, so it changes when the arrangement does. Adding any component that collects information, from a search box to a comment system, would require this page to be rewritten before the component shipped. As of August 2026 nothing described above has been added. Questions about it belong at the contact address.
